Holiday-ers crowd San Marco's Ristorante in Port Colborne to the extent reservations are recommended most of the time.  The food's tasty, the atmosphere charming and the hospitality as warm as you would expect from Monica Carusetta-Davies, whose experience spans 25 years, and husband Fred Davies, the driving force at Roselawn Centre for the Living Arts.  The ristorante name dervies from Marco Polo, the moniker Monica's father attached to her mother, as she was usually off somewhere building business for Welland's Rex Hotel, a prominent Italian restaurant the family has owned for three generations.  The name also reflects the birthplace of Fred's grandfather Giacomo in San Marco, Treviso, Italy.

Great to be in Port Colborne.  Thank you for your hospitality and providing a forum  for Canadian jazz.

There's nothing I like better than singing with some well fed musicians.  Your restaurant is wonderful and your staff was very attentive.  Also thank you for helping to make this possible from the beginning.

Monica!  Wonderful dinner -- love your new dish.  Cappellini was marvellous. Look forward to seeing
you again -- I'll be back!
John recently passed away.  Canada has lost a great musical artist.  We've lost a good friend but we are better for having known him.

Before most games one of my favourite meals is Chicken Parm and pasta.  It's really too bad you can't ship this to St. Louis for me.  The team would love it. Whenever I am in Port Colborne, San Marco's is the first stop.  I love this place!!  See you again in the Summer!
